01 — The problem

Most ERPs come with one way of working and a consulting bill to bend it to yours. The businesses we worked with needed the same things underneath: a ledger, purchasing, stock, sales, approvals and tax. What differed was the layer on top. So we built MAVERP as one core that every company gets, with industry modules a company switches on only if it uses them.

    The core every company gets

    Finance and cost centres, procurement, inventory, sales and collections, fixed assets, and staff custody and expenses, all on one ledger.

  2. 02

    Black Duck: digital marketing

    The same ledger, set up for an agency: cost centres by department and by client, procurement and Egyptian tax. Units, certificates and construction stay switched off.

  3. 03

    Core & Crown: real estate and construction

    The same core plus the contracting and real-estate modules: projects, units and instalment plans, and payment certificates with retention.

  4. 04

    Module gating, per company and per role

    The modules a user sees are worked out from what they have permission to read. Switch a pack off for a company and it disappears from the interface, the search and the reports.

  5. 05

    Approvals and Egyptian compliance

    Maker-checker on every posting with thresholds and delegation, period closing, a full audit log, VAT returns, withholding tax, and ETA e-invoices built from the same data as the ledger.

02 — Approvals

The checker's queue, shown with sample data. Approval thresholds are set by role; anything above a manager's limit escalates automatically.

03 — Where it stands

Black Duck runs MAVERP as a digital marketing agency, and Core & Crown runs it for real estate and construction. Both are contracted clients, each on its own server with its own data and module set.
